- Company must be an AFCEA member and have less than 150 employees

Money raised from Law Enforcement IT Day goes to sponsor college scholarships for Montgomery County public high school students. Established in 2002 as a small program supporting a single high school and student, the program has grown to support multiple high schools and several students. The scholarship awards are presented to deserving, financially-challenged students from Montgomery County Maryland public high schools who are planning careers in information technology disciplines.
